How to Create Boards

Want to organize your charts and visualizations? Boards let you group related data views together for easier access and presentation.

Creating a Board

You can access Boards from two places:

From the left sidebar:

1. Click Boards in the left navigation menu.

From the Studio panel:

1. While in an active session, look at the Studio panel on the right side.
2. Click Boards.

Setting Up Your Board

Once you click to create a new board, a dialog box appears:

1. Project: Select which project this board belongs to (dropdown shows available projects like "ABC").
2. Board Name: Give your board a descriptive name (e.g., "Q4 Sales Dashboard" or "Customer Metrics").
3. Description (optional): Add a brief description of what this board contains or its purpose.
4. Click Create board.

Your new board is now ready. You can add charts, visualizations, and data views to keep everything organized in one place.

Tips

• Use clear, specific board names that describe the content or purpose (e.g., "Weekly Revenue Tracking" instead of "Board 1").
• Group-related visualizations on the same board for easier sharing with stakeholders.
• Add descriptions to help team members understand what each board contains at a glance.
