How to Create Reports

You can create reports in two ways:

Method 1: From the Studio panel (during a session)

1. While you're in an active chat session, look at the Studio panel on the right side.
2. Click Reports.
3. Click Create a new report.
4. A dialog box opens:
   
   • Project: Select which project contains your data (dropdown shows available projects)
   • Chat: Choose which chat session to convert into a report (shows chat names like "Active Deal Metrics by Company")
5. Click Create report.
6. GREEN builds your report and saves it to the Reports section.

Method 2: From the Reports page

1. Click Reports in the left sidebar.
2. You'll see all your existing reports (or an empty state if this is your first time).
3. Click Create a new report card.
4. The same dialog appears:
   
   • Select your Project (e.g., "ABC")
   • Select your Chat (e.g., "Active Deal Metrics by Company")
5. Click Create report.

Tips

• Name your chats descriptively before creating reports. Instead of "New Chat," use names like "Q4 Sales Analysis" or "Customer Churn Trends."
• Ask all your questions first, then create the report. Reports pull directly from your chat sessions.
• You can create multiple reports from the same chat if you need different versions for different audiences.
• Reports are automatically saved, so you can access them anytime from the Reports page.
• Share links don't expire, so people can reference them later.
• If you edit a report after sharing, everyone with the link sees the updated version automatically.
• To stop sharing a report, you'll need to delete it or create a new version with a different link.
